you could always go into (well I call it practice mode) but its keyboard mode. Press control + option + k (and press esc to get back out of it when you are ready to do so) now you can hit any key combination and voiceover will tell you its function, moreover, you can use the gestures in this mode. Go on swipe away trying all different combinations of fingers and taps , single, double etc. You will learn them quick enough and then press Esc when you are done.
