There is, and I just learned this myself last week. Open either Safari or Webkit preferences and click the "General" tab. For the "Default Web browser", select Webkit from the drop down list. Voila! One thing to bear in mind. You will alwyas get a thank you for testing Webkit page every time you open Webkit.
