I have checked, and there are a whole bunch of files and folders in a /
home/library/application support/cannon directory, right where they
should be. However, when I start up VueScan, I get this message:
VueScan found a Canon LiDE 90, but wasn't able to find an Intel plugin
for this scanner. Try downloading a driver for this scanner from www.canon.com
. To try to use the PowerPC plugin, click on the VueScan icon while
holding the control key, choose 'Get Info' and check the 'Open using
Rosetta' box.
Press 'Close' to start using VueScan.
I've used this exact software and hardware configuration on this exact
computer as of a couple of weeks ago, and nothing has changed. I've
even gone back and looked at earlier backups of my system, and the
files and folders are exactly identical as relates to the Cannon
stuff. What's going on here?
