Hi Kimberley. I'll try and help.
First of all in the first list in sharp keys, find the accent key on yur mac from the list, (as you will want to do something to that key if you want to use jaws). Once the accent key is located, press enter on your Mac. Then you tab to the second list and pick special caps lock from the list. Then you tab to the add button. Press enter. Then tab to the registry button. Press enter. You will get a message which says you have to restart your windows 7 again. Do that and hten you get a jaws keys the next time you start windows.
