Hi Mark,

I have experienced this from time to time as well.  I'm not sure but, I think 
it happens when I'm navigating to quickly.  For example,  Vo right arrowing and 
I pass what I wanted and I press vo left arrow abruptly.  It's just a thought. 
:).  Not sure if i could duplicate it though.
