Hi, to do this, press VO tilda, that's the accent key shifted. Voice over will 
say window resize menu, and you will have 2 options, horizontal or vertical. 
Select each one, and press the right arrow or dwn arrow key as appropriate for 
a few seconds, this will maximize the window in both directions.
