Hello Annie,
well, I think you can copy the workflow files in the share library folder
instead of your library folder.
follow these steps:
first copy the convert to epub.workflow and convert to rtf.workflow files.
In Finder, go to computer (Comand+Shift+C)
open the Library folder
Open the services folder. If that folder doesn't exist, create it
Paste the files into the services folder and restart the finder.
Try it and tell us the results
