Hello Geoff,

The commands to get to the top and bottom of a table are called "Go to first
item" and "Go to last item", and the commands are: Control-Option-Home and
Control-Option-End. On a laptop, Home is FN-Left Arrow, and End is FN-Right
Arrow.

The Command keys are at either end of the Space Bar, and you can identify any
key by pressing Control-Option-k to start Keyboard Help, which you stop by
pressing the Escape key.

In Keyboard Help, you can press any key to hear what it is, and you can press
any VoiceOver command combination to find out what it does.

You can bring up the commands menus by pressing Control-Option-h twice. Press
Return on the command that you want.

In Keyboard Help, you can also use trackpad gestures to find out what they do,
however, it will not identify standard Mac shortcuts. You find all shortcuts
attached to their menu items. So, for instance, in the Edit menu, it will say
"Copy, Command-c".

Cheers,

Anne
