Really pleased it is working for you and you are enjoying the experience.

You could even just listen to a podcast and go for a gentle walk.  But I find 
music makes you go faster, you can also set the Nike+ not to play any music but 
still get the announcements and instead you could listen to a radio app such as 
ooTunes or whichever radio app suits your needs.
