Hello All,

It's been a long day so I'll keep this short. Upon research, I discovered
that one can get a simple list of all the events in any Calendar or
combination of Calendars in the latest version of iCal.

Currently, following the steps listed below will show all the events in a
calendar but I'm sure that there is a way to display only upcoming events,
as well. Be that as it may, a new iCal beta has hit the wild and I'm sure
there will be an even easier way to display such a list in the
soon-to-be-released version of iCal.

In the meantime, do the following to see a list of events in one view; i.e.
in a multi-column table.

1.
>From within iCal, place a checkmark next to the calendar or calendars
containing the events you wish to see in the calendar list. Please note
that the Calendar list must be visible in order to do this.

2.
Interact with the iCal Toolbar and place focus on the Search field.

3.
In the Search Box, enter a period (.)

4.
Stop interacting with both the Search field and the Toolbar.

5.
Browse the iCal Window until you land on the Search Results Table. The
Table will consist of all of your events with the most recent events at the
bottom.

Note that as your explore the table, you may stop interacting with it at
anytime and you will see the actual appointment being displayed on the iCal
canvas.

That's all there is to it, Folks.

Enjoy,

Mark
