Welcome Scott, great th see you on here. I suppose you know how to interact with tables? Also you will see a command key on the left of the space bar. So for instance, if you want to copy any bit of text, you can hold the command key, high light the text with shift command (let's say if you are in an e-mail, then press command C to copy, command X to cut or command V to paste. I'm not sure what you can do with your Mac Book Pro. If you have the Iphone, then you may be familiar with the track commander gestures but I've not familiar with them yet.
If I can assist you further, then I will do so although I've only been using the Mac Book since May. You can also use Windows virtually too which I do to connect my windows mobile but that is quite advanced. Kawal.
