Wow, Sandy!!! I'm so jealous!  Italy's one of my favorite spots in the world!  
Do those of us who are stuck at home get to peak at your media diary?

I have no idea how you'd combine everything into one, but you can get plain old 
sound recordings with the Voice Memo app, and it's pretty easy to shoot video.  
Someone posted instructions a while back, I'll see if I still have them.
