Hell, I didn't know there was a built in microphone. I thought I needed a Bluetooth one.

It works well too. I didn't think there was one but my husband looked it up in the manual because we knew that the dragon app was working on the ipad and you need a microphone for that. They don't say much about it, just that there is a built in one.
