I just downloaded Where To but did not see a free version. It cost me $2.99.
I also downloaded Sendero's new app, and expect it to do lots more even in 6 months. That said, I think a combination of these location apps s what is needed for now. The Look Around app gives very accurate current location, and nearst intersection information, but it is far from the full functionality of their other GPS programs for phones and note-takers.
