Hello Antonio, Apple may be updating and refreshing its servers, depending upon when you attempt to access.
So, as frustrating as this may sound, it might be best to wait a few hours and try it then. Sometimes, it's all about timing. However, if you have attempted this a various hours during the day, then the problem may exist on your Mac but this would be a rarity, to say the least.
