I use 1Password on my Mac, iPhone, and iPad to sync and maintain strong passwords. The iPad version has a small problem. VO won't read the icons to choose the different sections, like Logins, wallet, secure notes, and settings. The rest of the interface appears working well.
I've not used VO with 1Password on the Mac. I believe you can try before you buy. I HIGHLY recommend it. It really has enabled me to use strong and different passwords everywhere I go since it can generate them in any length and complexity you want, and it remembers them. They are working on the one VO problem I mentioned above. In fact the person there I spoke to is visually impaired, though not a VO user.
