ok, here's some details. I am involved with kingdom of loathing. so far, the game is reasonably playable with voiceover. the website sets up 4 frames. top frame: primary access panel. this contains your account and character access links left frame: character information (such as character stats, quest info, etc) middle frame ( called primary frame) is the gameplay area. this is mostly text with some alt-tag graphics that are "clickable" even in voiceover. right frame: chat frame. it appears to be a live scrolling html page. However, I have been unable to get voiceover to read more than 2 lines before it goes into a repeating loop at the top of the page. if I can bypass that manually, then I can read so many lines before it updates and tosses me to the chat input box at the bottom. I have to try and backup to where I last was, byt then it updates again and I am back at the bottom.
I can tell you, that chat frame is frustrating. I would like to be able to chat with others in real time, but I don't see how I can do it.
