Voice over doesn't really move through lines the way a windows screen reader 
does, here is one of those times where voice over works differently, and it's 
good to set aside what you were used to in windows. Voice over moves item by 
item through a web page, with links and controls, it's very similar, but for 
text, it usually ends up moving by paragraph. Of course, if you want to read a 
block of text more closely, you can interact with it nd read it word by word or 
even character by character.
