Track change requires that the focus can be monitored real time. If you click 
on edit, track change, track change bar appears under the regular menu bar. 
While you can accept, reject, and or ignore any changes made on the document, 
you cannot tell which word or sentence or letter is being edited because VO 
does not track the track change area while reading the body text. That being 
said, I am producing and editing with track changes all the time and can only 
be successful with the use of MS word on Boot camp side. 
I know that this is not the answer that you want to hear but for now, that is 
the way it is as far as I know.
