Yes, I have been a bookshare user for 4 or 5 years! We e-mail them the
braille file may be broken. Also the one on apple's side is broken too! It
comes in a winzip file and you abstract the files to get them to be .brf and
I use k12 to read them. It did not work on my k12 or braillenote. So who
ever created the file needs to fix the proglem. It did not say who created
the files otherwise I would have sent an e-mail about the problem. Heather
