HI Annie, robert and all. I have found a workaround for adjusting the volume in radioshift. If you stop interacting with any program control and go with the v o cursor to the top of the window you have a unlabled button. Press the tab-key here a few times takes you to the volume slider and you can adjust it with left and right arrowkeys. Hope this helps. Regards Tony
