Heather, First off I agree with you about the noise levels at the stores this is an issue that Apple needs to address. When taking her one to one class my partner uses a set of mini speakers when using voice over. And at one location, in the mall, they set up a small table and they work right outside the front of the store. Maybe you could speak with a manager and see if they would be willing to help you out. What Apple store do you go to for your one to one? Regardless of the noise problem Apple still does a great job
