Hi,  I'm running the 3.11 beta.  The program itself has either glaring 
inconsistancies or an interface that just confuses me, but it's perfectly 
accessible with VO.

I can record, play, stop, jump forward and back, set up my audio levels, and 
edit out parts that I don't want.  I've gotten bogged down in splitting files 
to track using labels.  The process is accessible, but the methodology 
confounds me.
