Hello Isaac,

VO-Right Arrow takes you to the next word. Ctrl-Right Arrow takes you to the 
end of the line.

VO-FN-Left Arrow takes you to the first visible item, and if you add the Shift 
key, you'll be taken to the first item whether visible or not.

The FN key is also used in the commands for next and previous sentence, and 
next and previous Paragraph.

I can't compare the usage of Home and End keys on PC and Mac as I've never used 
a PC.
