Hi all, Well, it seems as though I answered my own question. I decided to post the steps here in case anyone has the same problem I did. In order to interact with the podcasts as a scroll area and not as a table, just VO right arrow over to Grid View Switcher and hit VO Space. Then when you VO right arrow over you should see something that says group by podcasts or group by categories. These are both radio buttons and you can select which one you want. I selected group by podcasts and now happily have my scroll area back. I'm sorry for the other post before, well you learn something new everyday.
