Hi,

Try checking the checkbox to automatically keep the most recent version of 
every file, you'll find it in System Preferences/MobilMe/iDisk, the last item 
in that window. Also make sure the clock on each of your items are synced, as 
you'll get problems if they show different time. It should solve most conflicts.
