The way I did it was VO+shift+home to get to the toolbar, then VO+down
and you can interact with the source list. If you have multiple
conversations open you can flip through them with command+option and
left or right arrows. To get to the HTML area quickly, I just type any
key in order to make VO jump to the text field. and then I delete it
again, but from there you can do VO+left arrow twice and you can
interact with the HTML area. This is the fastest method I've come up
with so far.
