Hi Ray, Checking "load video player automatically" doesn't necessarily defeat the purpose. The next option determines what the video player will do once it has been loaded. You have 3 options, do not buffer, start buffering, or start buffering and begin playback. I chose to start buffering. Now the video is ready to be played should I decide to do so. This removes a step from the process, you don't have to click on the flash placeholder first to load up the player.
