Hi Mark,

I have the Iphone 3GS and i love it. Here's how you change the voice, I haven't
done this in a while, so if I'm missing a few steps, please correct me. Oh, I
almost forgot when you look at the Iphone see if you can get someone sighted to
turn VoiceOver on. You can do this from the Mac without sighted assistance,
which is how I did it, but if you're looking at it in a store, there might not
be a Mac around. To enable VoiceOver do the following:
1. Tap settings and then general.
2. THen tap accessibility and then tap VoiceOver. A message will come up
asking you if you want to enable VoiceOver since it changes the way the Iphone
behaves or something like that. Have the person assisting you click okay. Once
that is enabled, Samantha should start speaking. You can change the voice as I
did to Karen by following the steps below. It's similar to turning VoiceOver on
but not quite.

1. Double tap settings.
2. Double tap general.
3. Double tap international and there you will see a list of languages. If you
flick with three fingers up towards the top of the screen you will navigate the
rows faster. It's kind of like a scrolling motion. I think Australian is in the
list in one of the first few rows. I hope I have helped and not confused you.
Have a great day!

Allison
