I do not understand the issue you are having. Can you please explain where you 
run into issues with either of these sites, perhaps privately so we don't 
clutter up the list? I see an issue with the first site, but that is easily 
overcome by using the trackpad commander as opposed to the VoiceOver keys.

This is something that is probably worth mentioning on the list, which is why 
I'm taking the liberty to do so. If you notice odd behavior when navigating 
across a webpage, try using the trackpad if possible. This often seems to 
eliminate any weird issues, such as VoiceOver constantly saying "HTML content" 
even when you are on the site. Of course, if you have a Magic Trackpad, this 
trick works as well.
