Hi Frank,

If you're speaking of an outgoing server, then do the following when in Mail:

• Press cmd-comma to open your Preferences.
• Select the Accounts tab from the Toolbar.
• Navigate to the Outgoing servers pop-up menu.
• Choose Edit Server List.
• Select the server you wish to remove from the server List table.
• Stop Interacting with the Table.
• click on the Minus sign.
• Click OK and close your Preferences.

Your done.
