First of all, the hot key to take an image of your screen is actually
command+shift+3, not 4. the next thing is this. When you unziped the Solona
folder, did you direct Terminal.app to go to the directlry in to which you put
the folder? I'd suggest that you put it in to your Documents folder off the
home folder. Here's what you type to get there:
 cd Users/Sarai/Documents/Solona

then press return. Now, the next thing you want to do is type:

chmod +x*

This tells Terminal.app that the Solona Setup.sh can be run as an exicutable.
Now, type:

setup.sh

this will cause the setup ruteen to ask you for your Solona username, which you
type in. Then press return. Now, it will ask you for your password, which you
type then press return. Next, it will tell you the directory from which the
screen shot will be taken. Go ahead and just press return here to accept the
default. Now, finally, the setup will ask you if you want to be informed about
the screen shot it's about to send off. Say yes or no to this by typeing y for
yes and n for no. Press return and you're done.

Tell you what, here's a link to the web page where you can find out even more.
