Hello my friends! I am delighted to inform you that I have the solution to this little problem.
Please know that I experieneced this failure to undelete a deleted message not only in Mail but also in Outlook. It took me a while but located the solution. I am on my way out of the house, and don't want to give you a partial answer that could make the problem worse. So, in a couple of hours, I will post the answer in a step-by-step document, OK?
