Hi John! You can select a block of text by going to the start of the part of text you want , and vo+return on it then scroll down to the end of text you want to copy and repeat vo+return then command+c And then do what you want with it! hth Colin On 25 Nov 2010, at 16:37, John D. Lipsey wrote:
