I'm not sure what you mean by switching from window to window in Skype; if you mean between chat messages, you can use command plus option plus left or right arrow to switch between conversations. To play your voice mail, navigate to the "Source list," choose the sender of the voice mail, navigate to the HTML content area and interact with it, then find the button that says "Play or stop voice mail."
