ok,
I have been pestering t-mobile to correct some issues on their website, not 
notably:
1. extensive use of flash video to display amount information and payment 
methods
2. use of a visual only captcha to even log in to the website.

I was wondering if any of you use t-mobile as a cellular provider and have this 
problem.
also, I am not sure whats going on, but I tried to log in there tonight after a 
webkit update and the site crashes the browser. I have also tried on regular 
safari with the same result.I am seriously tempted to make a screen capture 
video of the problem and post it via youtube (the accessibility issue that is). 
its been 3 months of bothering these guys with no results. I wonder what result 
a youtube video will have?

any other suggestions?
