Okay, so first off, I would like to thank those who were kind enough to assist me with Skype. I managed to get it up and running successfully for the first time on this machine with your help. And yes, I did have a "Here's your sign!" moment. <grin> While I knew about the built-in microphone on the macbook pro, I did not however, realize that it also had a built-in camera! Honestly, I was never really interested in video chat until recently, and therefore, never would have thought to ask. LOL My husband enlightened me yesterday evening, and felt very silly for not having clued me in sooner. In any case, I feel like an idiot, but an idiot who is ready to play around with Skype! :-)
