Ok Dan I see this but I still do not see how to tell apple mail that I want to put that address in the to, cc or bcc field. I've done control option a to get to the address panel, which is the shortcut the menu under window gave me; I then go to the people table, interact with it, arrow to the first name I want and then I'm dead in the water!
