Here is the info that you need to connect using our TC Conference for MAC: Server: 74.208.96.53 Username: enter your name Password: enter your password (if available) Room ID: rs5affc3cfa191 Also, I had to restart the Mac, or restart the program, I don't recall which, but it's probably a good idea just to be safe and restart the computer, and then, the program was able to log into the room just fine.
