You can either write [email protected] and ask, or, you can... 1) goto http://groups.google.com/group/macvisionaries
2) sign in, creating a google account if necessary. 3) Click the "edit my memberships" link and sign up. You'll still have to wait for approval, but I think there are multiple moderators for the list, and any of them can approve you.
