Marlaina, Where did you get the ringtones from? Are they iPhone ringtones? Yes, the m4r format is a ringtone, but there's more to it if you wish it to be an iPhone ringtone.
What process are you using to get them into your Ringtones area in iTunes? Sorry for all the questions, but I like to answer things properly. Later...
