Hi Donna and Ray, To change the format, go to the my library section. Now Press VO Command H to go down 1 heading to the my library heading. VO right arrow once and you will hear, My preferred audio format is. And next is the change link. VO spacebar on it and a pop up menu will appear with the different formats.
