Sarah, I am not sure if this relevant or not. one of the recent updates to itunes may have broken a few things. however, from what it looks like, there may be a permissions issue with the file/stream in question. I wouldn't be able to determine that from here anyway and I have yet to listen to your audio to see whats going on. I'll check that now and get back with you.
