Hi, When you open up iTunes, and navigate to your iPhone in the sources table, you don't press VO up or down arrow to expand it. You just press the right arrow to expand, and the left to close. And for your other question, Go to the file menu and select transfer purchases from iPod/iPhone/iPad. Depending on which device you have.
