Hi, I've noticed that, as I become faster with my Mac, Voice OVer seems to lagg behind my key presses. Sure, I could use the control key to silence speech, but, to me, that's not quite good enough. I'd like Voice Over to be much more reactive to other key presses rather than trying to tell me everything about each thing every singoe time. When just getting started, of course, one wants more verbosity; but, as one becomes more and more advanced, one doesn't need as much information. The problem comes when you select less verbosity. When this is done, you loose information you need, and yet, Voice Over remains slugish. any thoughts on any adjustments I might wish to make so that I have much less automatic verbosity, and yet, have faster response and still be able to get all data I need? For example, every time I open and close a folder in a tree view, I don't want Voice Over to automatically tell me everything about the folder the way it does now. I want to have that information when I want it and not when I don't. Any advice?
Thanks. Sincerely, The Constantly Barefooted Ray!!! Now A Very Proud and very happy Mac user!!!
