Hi Ray,
There are two or maybe three alternatives that spring to mind. The first one 
and your best bet right now is Djay for the Mac from Algoridim software. I 
think the url is http://www.dj-software.com or maybe it's .de. I saw two apps 
yesterday in the app store one is called Mixmeister Express and the other one 
is called Megaseg DJ. How good they are, i don't know for i haven't tested 
them. Don't know if there is accessibility built-in into either Megaseg or 
Mixmeister.
