Hi, sure you can. Just interact with the arrange layout area, the timeline group, then instrument group. Then all of your regions will be shown. Press VO and your arrow keys to navigate through them. Then press backspace to delete the region you want. Note: a tag will pop up telling you the length and position of the region voiceover is on. I cover this a bit in my Garageband tutorials.
