Hi, Yes. If you created the Playlist on your iPhone, it should automatically sync and become a playlist within iTunes. If you wish to edit it within iTunes on your Mac, simply locate the songs you wish to add to the playlist, press VO-shift-m to bring up the contextual menu and then choose Add to Playlist and subsequently, the specific playlist from the submenu.
I have my settings set so that it only syncs specific playlists and any playlist that is created on the iPhone will be automatically checked for syncing purposes. to confirm this: 1. Connect your iPhone to your Mac and itunes should open. 2. Navigate to the iPhone in the Devices area of the Source List. 3. Select the Music button to display the Music syncing options. 4. Interact with the Scroll area and tell iTunes to Sync only Selected Playlists. 5. Select the specific playlists in the playlists table within the Scroll area. 6. Apply your changes by pressing the Apply or Sync button in the Capacity Bar section. Later...
