Hi Carolyn.  Actually, what I was hoping was that it could search the contents 
of the recipes in a certain folder for this one ingredient.  In some recipes, 
sour cream isn't in the file name itself, so was hoping I could get it to 
search the contents.  I could do this on Windows quite easily, so am hoping for 
a way to do it on Mac, or maybe a program that I could download that will do 
this for me.
