Hi Scott.

You buy Nike trainers.  Underneath the left sole which you lift up, there is a 
small hole.  In the hole there is a small foam which is round.  You lift it out 
and put your sensor in it.  When you buy the trainers, you get the sensor with 
them.  You then replace the soul.
